Tinglit Dagger

This was a project part of a art stream challenge on my twitch channel https://www.twitch.tv/sirdigitalbacon with the community. The theme of the Jam was Hunter Gatherer, So there was allot of Tribal art that was featured. The Jam lasted about a month and was really exciting seeing what other artists created on stream. The dagger is from a tribe some place in parts of Alaska or northern territories of Canada. Its made from Ivory, Leather, Obsidian and even Sea Shell. Was really challenging to nail some of the materials down as I haven't done realistic stuff in a while and had never created anything like it in terms of my past art. I did however take some artistic liberties on the blade as it originally was made of metal and I changed it to obsidian to push it further. I ended up re sculpted the blade 10 or more different time trying to find an interesting design , probably should have re sculpted a few more :/. I learned a bunch on this one and I hope people enjoy it :D
